In 2007 the company was purchased by SydneyPLUS International, a leading developer of KM solutions for the world’s top law firms, as well as for numerous Fortune 1000 companies. The LawPort KM suite continues under the name of SydneyPLUS | LawPort.
The initial version of the product, was released in 1999 and over the years was further developed to suit the changing needs of agile law firms. In 2007 the award-winning portal was redesigned, leveraging the robust legal sector experience and sophisticated R&D capabilities of SydneyPLUS, and is now in its fifth enhanced release as LawPort 5.0 , designed to be fully compatible with SharePoint.
