Context Provider
The Context Provider is a set of filters that automatically extract relevant information from a central data repository to generate user specific portal pages by applicable categories such as practice group. Context Filters automatically extract relevant info from a central data repository to generate user specific portal pages by applicable categories, such as practice group or specific client. For example, Context Provider makes it possible to use data in the LawPort database (e.g. client number) to filter the results – perhaps to display only the calendar events relevant to client 5432 when you are on that client page, rather than showing the firmwide calendar. This results in a customized view that includes only what users need and want to see. Without the context filter, you would have to build a separate calendar for each client – this would be time-consuming and expensive. Context Provider eliminates that problem.
